Description: Walk-In Oven with Double Doors on one end with Wire Inserted Woven Fiberglas Tadpole Style Gasket and "Brixon" Spring Tension Latches for a good door seal. Aluminized Steel Interior with Adjustable Air Duct Panels on each side wall. No floor in the oven. It is designed to set directly on a concrete floor. An Eclipse Spark Ignited Burner is mounted through the right hand side above the work area. A Direct-Driven Circulating Fan is mounted through the roof. Heated air is circulated horizontally across the chamber for good uniform heating. A Powered Exhaust Fan is mounted on top of the oven.
Instrumentation: Controls are located in a separate enclosure attached to the right hand side of the oven. There is a Honeywell Dialapak Temperature Controller and a Honeywell Dialapak High Limit. Control Switches with Indicating Lights are flush mounted in the enclosure. Motor Starters, Fuses, Purge Timer, Honeywell Flame Safety Relay, etc. are mounted inside the enclosure.
